A Better Way to Handle
Workers' Comp

The NECA West ADR Program

Exclusively for NECA electrical contractors in California. Lower costs, faster claims, less litigation.

Get Started

What Is the NECA ADR Program?

The NECA West ADR program is a workers' comp system built for NECA electrical contractors in California. Instead of claims dragging out and costs piling up, ADR resolves disputes through mediation. Workers get better care. Contractors pay less.

Endorsed by IBEW and NECA. Approved by the State of California under Labor Code §3201.5. Works alongside your existing carrier or the State Fund.

This isn't a discount. It's a different system that actually reduces the cost of claims.

Why ADR Works

Benefits & Goals of the NECA ADR Program

  • Reduce workers compensation claim costs

  • Reduce employers' workers compensation insurance costs

  • Improve medical care for employees

  • Shorten claim cycle times

  • Reduce litigation

  • Faster return to work for employees

  • Promote safety

  • Promote labor management cooperation

  • Create more jobs for union members

How ADR Works

Standard comp treats injuries as expenses. ADR treats workers as assets. Quality care, faster recovery.

Collectively bargained under California Labor Code §3201.5.
